Serve and Preserve Workshop Series

Join us to learn ways to cook and preserve the foods we grow! These workshops will cover food safe techniques for cooking, freezing, canning, fermenting, and using herbs to enjoy our produce beyond consuming them raw. Each workshop with provide background, hands on experience, and ingredients to take home to practice.

- Sat., May 10 (1-3 p.m.) - Cooking Mushrooms
- Tues., June 17 (5-7 p.m.) - Herbal Infusions
- Sat., July 12 (1-3 p.m.) - Freezing Fruits & Veggies
- Sat., August 9 (1-3 p.m.) - Lactofermentation for Hot Sauce
- Sat., September 13 (1-3 p.m.) - Pickling Squash & Cucumber
- Sat., October 11 (1-3 p.m.) - Fire Cider
Cost: FREE
