Growing your own vegetables has many benefits, including healthier eating and reduced stress. The Planting Seeds for Health program will help participants learn basic gardening skills so they can use what they grow to prepare healthy and tasty food! This workshop series is provided at no cost to low-income adults ages 18+.

Each of the 6 lessons will have the following topics:

  • Nutrition Education
  • Food tastings
  • Physical activity
  • Gardening Activity

 Pre-Registration is required.
