Chaperone Name Youth ages 8-11 (4-H age) attending the conference must be accompanied by an adult (parent/guardian or leader) at all times. Please provide the adult name if youth is 8-11 years old.

County scholarships may be available through your local county 4-H council, advisory committee, or 4-H staff person. Please reach out to your local MSU Extension office to learn more about scholarship opportunities for this event. If you anticipate receiving a financial scholarship to cover a portion of this registration fee, please select pay by check when you get to the payment page. You will receive an updated invoice for your registration once all scholarship funds have been applied. If your county provides scholarship assistance by reimbursement to the participant, please pay 100% by credit card at time of registration and seek reimbursement through your local process.

Special Dietary Needs: The standard lunch will be Bavarian Inn chicken dinner buffet and includes chicken, potatoes and gravy, buttered noodles, vegetable, rolls, coleslaw.
