After careful consideration we regret to announce that the in-person fall immunization conference planned for October has been cancelled. Given recent developments beyond the control of the department, including safety and security concerns for participants that have been brought to our attention, uncertainty of the national immunization program in providing clear recommendations, and budgetary concerns at the state and federal level we feel it is in the best interest of our participants, speakers, vendors, and staff to cancel this year’s in-person fall conference.
We acknowledge the importance of timely and accurate immunization recommendations and plan to host a virtual immunization update with continuing education credit at a later date.
Anyone who has already registered for the fall conference will be given a full refund.
