I plan to attend the Tollgate Morning Meanderings- Backyard Birding on September 27, 2026 at 10-11:30 a.m.
You don’t have to travel far to become a birder—your backyard is the perfect place to start! During this stroll through Tollgate Farm, we’ll focus on common backyard birds and share simple ways you can make your own outdoor spaces bird friendly.

Meadows are open, airy habitats full of birdlife. Join us for a peaceful walk as we observe meadow dwelling birds, learn how they build their nests, and discover what makes these wide-open spaces such an important place to call home.

From the water’s surface to the shoreline, ponds attract a fascinating mix of birds. On this birding adventure, we’ll explore who lives in and around the pond, what they eat, and where they nest—all while enjoying the quiet beauty of late fall at Tollgate Farm.
