Host Site Participant Release Acknowledgement

A participation waiver is required by our host facility (Camp Newaygo) in addition to this event registration and can be completed upon arrival. This waiver includes health and medication information. If you'd like a copy to review and complete ahead of time, please email lvilla@campnewaygo.org
