By checking the box below, the Employee authorizes Michigan State University to conduct any additional screening for program participation it deems appropriate, including, but not limited to, a criminal background check, health history and voluntary disclosure of prescription medications that may impact performance in the MSU Meat Lab, and drug testing. Criminal history does not disqualify a candidate from participating in this program unless the applicant was convicted of criminal sexual conduct or certain violent crimes.

This is a small but intense class and we try to provide participants with their beverage of choice as much as possible.
