2025 Sun Style 73 Tai Chi Practice

Starting April 2 until June 27, 2025 
Wednesdays 8 a.m. CT/9 a.m. ET
Fridays 11 a.m. CT/ 12 p.m. ET

We will practice modification such as walk arounds for safety and the more up right stance. You can expect many of the same benefits as with TC 1 and 2.

Modifications will be provided for those who want to attend seated or standing. 

This program is targeted to help older adults and older adults with disabilities at risk for fall stay active and learn other strategies for a healthy lifestyle
